Owner & Operator
This Service is operated by Selmi Abderrahim (individual sole trader), residing in the Republic of Tunisia. All references to 'we', 'us', or {brand} in these terms refer to this individual. Contact: support@unlockwith.faith.
Service definition
Unlock With Faith provides a waitlist (pre-launch) and a mobile application (post-launch) that displays Islamic content — duas, dhikr, Quran verses, and prayer reminders — as an intentional pause before opening selected apps.
Eligibility
You must be 16 or older to use the service. Users aged 13–15 may use the service with verifiable parental consent.
Acceptable use
You may not circumvent blocking for others, reverse-engineer the app, or resell access.
Subscriptions
Weekly ($9.99) and annual ($49.99) plans are available. All plans include a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds
Eligible first payments on new subscriptions and one-off purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Renewals are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. See our Refund Policy (/legal/refund) for full details and the request process.
Intellectual property
Content is licensed for personal use. User-submitted duas are reviewed and moderated. Submitting content grants us a non-exclusive license to display it within the app.
Disclaimer of warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia.
Dispute resolution
Disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Consumers retain any rights granted to them under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law.
