You have the right to delete all data we hold about you.
Delete via the app
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes all data associated with your account.
Delete waitlist data
If you joined the waitlist and want to be removed, enter your email below. We will send a confirmation link.
Deletion timeline
All data is purged within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.
What gets deleted
Email from our mailing list, any analytics events, account data, streaks, and preferences. Nothing remains.
