Unlock With Faith ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
What data we collect
Waitlist phase: email address only, stored via Resend.
In-app (post-launch): device install ID, streak events, app preferences, prayer time location (city-level, never GPS coordinates). We never access the contents of your blocked apps. We only read the foreground package name to know when to show the unlock screen.
Legal basis
Consent (you sign up voluntarily) and legitimate interest (improving the service).
Third parties
Resend for email delivery. Plausible for privacy-first, cookie-free analytics. Apple / Google for in-app purchases. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
Payments & Merchant of Record
We use Paddle.com Market Ltd as our Merchant of Record to process all payments. When you make a purchase, Paddle receives and processes your billing information (name, address, card details) and transaction data. We do not store payment card numbers on our servers. Data retention
Data is retained while your account is active. After a deletion request, we purge within 30 days.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure, data portability, restrict processing, and object to processing. Contact us at privacy@unlockwith.faith.
Your rights under CCPA/CPRA
If you are a California resident: you have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
Children's data
Users under 16 require parental consent. We comply with COPPA in the United States.
Data transfers
Where applicable, we use Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.
