We want you to be happy with Unlock With Faith. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
Overview
Purchases on Unlock With Faith are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle issues all refunds on our behalf.
Who can request a refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if (a) it is the first payment on a new subscription or (b) a one-off purchase. Renewal charges are not eligible for refund except where required by applicable law.
Refund window
The 14-day window starts at the moment your payment is completed. Requests made after 14 days will be declined unless your local law provides otherwise.
How to request
Email support@unlockwith.faith from the address associated with your account. Include your order ID (sent in your Paddle receipt) and a brief description of the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Exclusions
Subscription renewals, consumed credits, and purchases outside the 14-day window are not refundable except where required by applicable law. Abuse of the refund process may result in account suspension.
